The location is superb. i walked to the city center very easily! the gardens provided a tranquil escape. I appreciated direct access to the design studios. i especially loved the artwork in the room. It added a personal touch.
i found a minor issue with slow elevator service to the second floor.

the room was spacious. a big double bed was very welcome after a long journey. beautiful artwork adorned the walls, a thoughtful detail. the large windows offered nice seating for a relaxing view.

breakfast was acceptable, i suppose.
My room was a double room, but it had two small beds pushed together. It wasn't very comfortable. the tv remote didn't work, and i had to go down to reception to get it fixed. also, the shower pressure was terrible. It was barely a trickle.

the location is special, very close to the city center. the artwork on the walls added such beauty, a delicate touch. the garden out back gave access to the design studios.
our room felt small and it was noisy from early morning. the bathroom entrance felt partially blocked by a chair. the single glazed sash window looked ready to fall apart.

I found the staff very helpful with suggestions for local restaurants. they also gave clear directions to tourist attractions. the room size was excellent. It felt spacious. we appreciated the hotel's central location.
the lift to the second floor was pathetically slow, which became frustrating at times.
